They look after the property exceptionally well, if anything is amiss I’m notified and it is dealt with immediately and satisfactorily. They go above and beyond to make sure the guests have everything for a comfortable stay and the reviews reflect this.

A lovely place to stay in a great location with only a short walk to the beach and Westward Ho! The property overlooks the Burrows and is a great place for walking the dogs. Property was immaculate and Claire contacted us prior to and during the holiday to ensure everything was OK.

This was the first time we have been away at Xmas . . We had no need to worry as there were sufficient of everything and we served up a fab Xmas lunch for 5 of us . We did take our air fryer to assist . A beautiful apartment, lovely location and not far from lots of lovely places to visit. We really enjoyed our visit and would definitely return and recommend to others . We could not find anything that we would change for us a perfect stay .

The house was perfect, clean and well equiped. Close to the beach which the dogs loved, walking distance to the Tescos express and to top it off it was close enough for a couple of pubs 😠The beds were extremely comfy 😴 Didnt want to leave... Thank you

Clare went above and beyond for our stay at Kipling House for my partners 30th Birthday! She surprised us with a bottle of bubbly and a cake to welcome us for our weekend stay! Thank you very much! We both absolutely loved your home and we can’t wait to return in near future. Everything was just perfect! The Hot tub was simply amazing! If you’re looking for a fantastic weekend/week away! We had an amazing stay in westwood ho last week. The house was immaculate when we arrived and even had everything we needed for the whole week. It certainly felt like home from home. Clare was on hand whenever we needed her and also went out of her way to help.us plan things to do with older teens, which was very much needed. If you want a stress free break and clean, well prepared holiday home, I would highly recommend any property cared for by North Devon Change Overs.

Absolutely wonderful throughout. Answered my queries before the holiday, great communication on the first day. But the icing on the cake was on the last day when our holiday ended with waiting for a tow truck to take us all the way home. Clare rearranged her schedule so that we could wait in the holiday let until the tow truck arrived. It could have been a rubbish end to a great holiday, but instead made it a smooth and bearable adventure!

Clare at North Devon Changeovers has looked after my cottage for three years now without a single hitch. Not only have I never received any complaints regarding the cleanliness of the cottage, but guests actually comment on how clean, well presented and welcoming it is. Clare always lets me know about any maintenance issues that arise so that they can be resolved quickly, with minimum disruption for guests. She's innovative, creative and always happy to help. Some view housekeepers as being at the end of the chain for a booking. Clare is very much at the start of our chain ensuring that the photos on our website tell the same story in reality. I feel confident that every time a guests enters my cottage, they will have a warm welcome and feel at home. Thank you Clare!

Clare was absolutely amazing! She went above and beyond to make our stay one to remember. It was my dads 60th and Clare helped me organise a surprise for our arrival. She was on hand 24/7 and responded so quickly each time I text. I love when people overdeliver on customer service as it shows how much they care and she did just that. Even the little things/finishing touches on our arrival were great. Couldn’t recommend more highly!
